During the recent government e-auction, nearly 100 acres of prime land in Budvel was acquired by some of the biggest real estate developers. One of the largest buyers was My Home Constructions, a developer known for creating large lifestyle communities across Hyderabad.
Plot Number 04, which spans around 14.3 acres and is expected to feature a high-rise residential development with approximately 6 towers rising up to around 42 floors and around 2,034 flats.
What makes this location even more interesting is that the project sits right next to Plot Number 05, where Prestige Group has already launched Prestige Spring Heights.
With developers like My Home and Prestige entering this corridor, Budvel is quickly emerging as one of the next real estate growth zones in Hyderabad.
